It's time to start thinking about spring lacrosse! Registration opens today, January 8th, and runs through February 19th. We have a lot of information to share with you regarding the new season so here we go:
First, a reminder about our website – come check us out at www.huntleylacrosse.com. Not only does our registration continue to take place online, but the majority of the forms will be completed and stored online as well. This will reduce the amount of paperwork you need to turn in the first day of practice. The site will continue to be a great resource to check practice and game schedules, provide attendance tracking for coaches, easily find game day locations, share photos and interact with your team coach and families on your team page.
Registration is easy – if you haven’t already done so, begin by creating an account, add a second adult to ensure all texts and emails go to both parents and then add your player(s) to the overall account. The second adult can even create his/her own log-in by providing a unique email address and phone number during set-up. Next step is to register your child for the 2020 spring season. Make sure to enable the text messaging option if you want to receive real time blasts on weather cancellations, schedule changes, etc. There is even a free mobile app you can download to help keep us all organized.
Important information on this year’s program:
The age/grade breakouts will be grouped as follows:
There are still birth date requirements, but the dates will follow our school birth date requirements.
Fees this year are as follows:
Beginning in 2019, we added World’s Finest chocolate bars to our fundraising toolbox. Due to our huge success in 2019, we will again be selling chocolate bars in 2021. Each family is required to purchase 1 box for $60, which contains 60 bars you can sell for $1 each. We chose World’s Finest because it is a reputable fundraising company, these bars aren’t sold in stores (no competition!), the bars are a high-quality product which are well-known, you can recoup your investment (if you don’t eat them all yourselves), and $1 is an easy “ask”. It’s a win-win for our families and the club. We will distribute the chocolate boxes at practices in April 2021 — specific dates will be communicated closer to the beginning of the season. Please note: as a mandatory fundraiser, all enrolled families are expected to participate. Thank you in advance for your support!
Each year we look to balance a team of parent and experienced coaches to help our boys and girls learn and continue to develop their lacrosse skills. We’re always looking for coaches so please reach out if interested by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Details on practice days/times, Day of Lacrosse and Spirit Wear will be communicated soon.
This should be a great season for our program. We are excited to see many returning players from last spring as well as welcome some new faces to the team! Also remember, we can’t do this alone. We are always looking for volunteers and once teams are created, we will need a parent coordinator as well as a field coordinator for each team.
Registration is now open!

If things are left behind at practices/games, please see Sherri Baumley, Kristi Gregorio or Maggie Pupich. We will collect lost items and return to rightful owner. That said, HRLC is not responsible if lost items are not found.
Do you have photos from games that you'd like to share? Send them to us, along with team name, opponent name and game date so that we can add them!
